Paying Upfront for Treatment

The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday on a growing trend in hospitals: requiring payment upfront. Hospitals across the country are starting to require patients with limited or no health insurance to pay before they’re treated.

Oregon School Decries 'Gang Sign' Eyebrow Grooming

Several students at Centennial High School have picked up on a trend to shave lines into their eyebrows, saying it's a fashion statement; school administrators contend it's a gang sign. If the innocent does not like being all grouped together maybe it is time to stand against the gangs instead of allowing the politicians to look the other way.

The City’s new policy on property ownership creates unfair and unnecessary financial hardships and burdens. Construction modifications will cost property and home owners tens of thousands of dollars. Properties that can no longer function as a rental unit because there is not parking will decline in value. Property owners will lose income when units become vacant. Oh darn…. Just when the women were having all of the fun! Well we all knew it wouldn’t have been long until the boys came back swinging! And next month they will be swinging out with three pairs of Terminator High Quickstrike sneakers. The colors chosen for this collection represent the five Olympic rings which represent the five continents….but hold up….two more colors are obviously missing! There has been no word on what day these will be released…but I’ll keep you guys updated. Hmmm….ladi
